Experience: You've spent 5+ years in window sales, and know what it takes to be successful in this market, and scale that success across a team (and business).

As our Windows Program Leader, you'll be based in our St. Louis market, primarily meeting with homeowners and selling window installation jobs. Your mission will be to build and develop our windows division from scratch, working with our high-performing install team to meet customer demand. While travel may be limited initially, as the program grows, opportunities may arise to expand into other markets.

As we continue to experience rapid growth and expand our operations, we are excited to welcome a new team leader to our dynamic Advocate Construction family. This role requires dedication, hard work, and an entrepreneurial mindset. We understand that you may have questions about windows and selling windows, and we don't claim to be experts in this field. What we do know is that we have a fantastic installation team, and we are ready to support you in building a meaningful window sales division that can scale across all our markets.
